The romeooscar Website is hosted by Framer (Framer Inc.), whose data centers are located outside Europe.

Personal Data is collected via the romeooscar Website by the companies BV CLIMB X, a Belgian private limited liability company with its registered office at Colombastraat 1, 3078 Kortenberg, Belgium, and registered under number 089 732 7303, WALVIS CORP, Belgian private limited liability company with its registered office at Avenue du Roi 107, 1190 Brussels, Beglium, registered under number 0758 556 430, OWTWO Belgian private limited liability company with its registered office at Chemin du Cyclotron 6, 1348 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, registered under number 0698 997 341 and Waltex SRL represented by Mataro Advice Belgian private limited liability company with its registered office at, 107 Avenue du Roi, 1190 Brussels, Beglium, registered under number BE0812335408, (all acting as the data controllers, hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," or "us").

3. DATA PROCESSING: What Personal Data Is Currently Processed, Why, and For How Long?
Our content is generally accessible on the Romeooscar Website without the need to register as a user. However, in specific cases (for example, when subscribing to a newsletter, entering an online contest, or making a purchase), you may be asked to register or provide certain information through the Romeooscar Website. The Romeooscar Website may also collect your Personal Data even without user registration, such as your IP address, as detailed below.
a. Processing of Your Data When Placing an Order on the Romeooscar Website
Only the personal data you voluntarily provide in connection with the purchase of items on the Romeooscar Website is digitally saved and stored by us and/or our subcontractors.
The data processed when placing an order includes:
· first and last name,
· delivery address,
· billing address,
· phone number (to contact you more easily in case of any issues with your order or its delivery),
· where applicable, the size of the items ordered,
· email address,
· company details if the order is made by or delivered to a company,
· payment data (cardholder name, credit/debit card type, card number, expiry date, CVC code, etc.).
The processing of this personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract (or any pre-contractual steps) between us, in accordance with Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR. This includes, among other things:
· managing and following up on an information request,
· invoicing,
· processing payment,
· managing and fulfilling orders,
· handling issues,
· managing returns, particularly in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal,
· managing legal proceedings.
Without this data, the contract cannot be fulfilled.
We retain this data (excluding banking data) until the expiration of the contractual statute of limitations as per the applicable law. Your banking data is retained only for the time necessary to complete the transaction and to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes (including possible refunds). We reserve the right to retain your data for a longer period where necessary in accordance with Article 17.3 of the GDPR.
Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not share any of this Personal Data with third parties, nor use it for commercial purposes, except when required to send information about the Romeooscar Website and their content if you have subscribed to the newsletter (Oscar and the Wolf, Roméo Elvis & Ancienne Belgique) (see point c. below), or with our subcontractors for the execution of our contracts with you.
Payments for your orders are processed via Shopify Payments and PayPal (Bancontact -- credit card); your Personal Data (including your banking details) is processed directly by these services. We refer you to their respective privacy policies for further information.
You are encouraged to verify that these documents and links remain current. If necessary, please search for the most recent versions yourself.
b. Other Possible Processing We May Implement
We may use your Personal Data (sometimes even without your explicit consent) to enhance your user experience, administer online contests, verify your eligibility for a contest, or for the realization, delivery, and organization of a prize.
We may collect usage information about you, such as your IP address and data on how you interact with the Romeooscar Website (such as the pages you visit, the links you click, and the duration of your visits).

c. Subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, none of your Personal Data collected will be shared by us with third parties (other than our subcontractors). We do not make automated decisions based on your personal data.
We do not process your Personal Data when your data protection interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms override the legal basis for our processing. We do not collect or process any other special categories of Personal Data about you, such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or other similar beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the unique identification of a person, data related to health, sexual life, or sexual orientation.
4. HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?
We collect Personal Data about you in various ways:
· By Registration: Subscribing to our newsletters requires you to voluntarily register and provide us with your email address and, if applicable, your phone number.

5. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA (Purposes of Processing)?
Your Personal Data will be used exclusively and only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:
· Online Contests: To conduct the online contest, contact you regarding the prize, and/or inform you about the final winner.
· Response to Requests: To respond to your direct requests, based on your specific consent, as indicated when we collect your Personal Data or as explained otherwise before using your Personal Data.

· Merchandise Sales: To process your orders and deliver merchandise to you.

6. ONLINE CONTESTS AND SALES
In the context of administering online contests that you voluntarily participate in, the collection, use, and processing of Personal Data may be carried out by a third party, including our partners Waltex SRL and/or Mataro Advice SRL. We may also contact you after the online contest to provide you with information about similar or future events.
7. SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
a. We carefully select our subcontractors (hosting providers, email campaign managers, services and tools, Website Romeooscar managers, etc.) and ensure that they comply with GDPR rules. We specifically work with Waltex SRL, Mataro Advice SRL.
When we transfer your personal data to our subcontractors, we do so solely based on an agreement with our subcontractor, which limits the use of this Personal Data to the processing necessary to fulfill the subcontracting agreement, and requires them to take the necessary security measures to protect the data. However, we are unable to verify the actions or omissions of our subcontractors and cannot be held responsible for them.
We will not make your Personal Data available to third parties (other than our subcontractors) and will not publicly disclose Personal Data, unless these transfers are based on your specific consent, are necessary to perform a contract between you and us, or when such a transfer of Personal Data is otherwise permitted or required by law or ordered by an administrative or judicial authority.
b. Your Personal Data may be stored on servers located and/or may be transferred outside of the European Union, in accordance with Articles 44 and following of the GDPR. These transfers of Personal Data outside the European Union are based on the existence of a regulation considered to comply with the GDPR in the country where the data is stored or on the existence of an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards (such as those provided for in Articles 46 and following of the GDPR), including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, etc.

In the case where your Personal Data is processed for an online competition, we will retain your Personal Data for the duration of the competition.

12. CHILDREN ON THE ROMEOOSCAR WEBSITE
The Romeooscar Website can be accessed by everyone.

In the event of a dispute, particularly regarding the validity, execution, or interpretation of this Privacy Policy, only the French-speaking courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Brussels will have jurisdiction.
